These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of services provided by Parkbey ("we", "us", "our platform").

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account.
When connecting your Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Target+, or Shopify accounts to Parkbey:
When using Parkbey services, you must comply with the following obligations:
When you connect Etsy to Parkbey, the service is limited to order management and shipping tracking updates. We do not attempt to replace Etsy core functionality, bypass Etsy checkout, or redirect sales or traffic away from Etsy.
We request only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We will not use Etsy data for advertising, machine learning, or unrelated analytics, and we do not sell or transfer Etsy member data to third parties.
We will not use scraping, browser extensions, or other automated systems to access Etsy data outside the official API.
We do not charge Etsy sellers a fee to use any feature that Etsy provides to sellers free of charge.
Listing content will not be displayed more than six (6) hours out of date, and other Etsy content will not be displayed more than twenty-four (24) hours out of date. Data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the service.
Parkbey is currently offered free of charge. Different paid plans may be offered in the future. When paid plans are introduced:
We do not monetize Etsy member data and do not charge Etsy sellers for features that Etsy provides free of charge.
If you switch to paid plans, your payment information will be processed securely. Cancellation policies and refund conditions will be stated on the relevant plan page.
Parkbey does not guarantee uninterrupted service provision. Service interruptions may occur in the following situations:

Parkbey is not responsible for the services of Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Shopify, or other integrated platforms. The following are outside Parkbey's control:

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses Etsy's API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
The Parkbey platform, its content, and trademarks belong to Parkbey and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use platform content without permission.
You own the content you create on the platform (order information, notes, etc.). However, you are deemed to have granted Parkbey a usage license for this content.
You can close your account at any time. To request account closure, you can contact support@parkbey.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made:

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute arising from these terms, the courts of the Republic of Turkey are authorized.
For international users, your legal rights in your own country are reserved.
If any provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue to remain valid.
Parkbey's failure to waive any provision of these terms does not mean that provision will be applied in the future.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the use of Parkbey services.
